This is a great columbine for the rock garden or for planting at the edge of a path. The nodding, blue and white flowers appear in spring on short plants with blue-green leaves. The flowers are surprisingly large for such small plants.
Try Columbine 'Ministar' with other early spring bloomers like iberis and alyssum. Also called Dwarf Fan Columbine. Hardy in zones 4-9.
