This is my favorite variety of blue flax. The plants are tall and bushy, and the flowers are larger than those of other species. It blooms profusely from late spring to summer, and it repeat blooms if the plants are cut back.
Linum narbonense isn't as hardy as the more common Linum perenne, but it grows well in my zone 5 garden. Hardy in zones 5-9.
