This excellent tomato is frequently compared to Brandywine, except that the fruits ripen earlier. The large, deep pink beefsteaks can weigh up to 2 pounds, although they are usually smaller. Superb flavor -- rich, sweet and complex.
German Giant hasn't been as productive for me as I expected. Other sources say that it is productive. Potato-leaved plants.
