This large, pink beefsteak has a beautiful skin and rosy-pink flesh. The flavor is very nice. My husband prefers it over Brandywine.
The seeds for this rare variety were given to Dr. Grace Kaiser, a physician in New Holland, Pennsylvania, by one of her Amish patients.
