Amaranth 'Elena's Rojo' is a rare and wonderful variety from Guatemala. It's a grain type with golden-tan seeds. The tall, sturdy plants have crimson-red flowers and dark bronze foliage.

Elena's Rojo looks stunning at the back of my garden where it hides most of the fence and provides a lovely backdrop for the other flowers and vegetables.
