Delphinium 'King Arthur'

Delphinium 'King Arthur' blooms in early to midsummer with tall spires of royal purple flowers with contrasting white bees. The deep color is stunning, and the finely cut foliage is also attractive.

Delphinium 'King Arthur' makes a great companion plant for roses. The long-stemmed flowers are wonderful for cutting.

Also known as Larkspur x cultorum 'King Arthur'. It is a member of the Round Table Series, a.k.a. the Pacific Group Series.

Delphiniums appreciate fertile, well-drained soil, and they require staking to prevent wind damage. Deer resistant.
