Ground cherry 'Geltower' has extra-large fruits with a sweet, pineapple-like flavor. The highly productive plants are taller than average with an open habit. The fruits are ripe when they fall to the ground. This is a fantastic variety!

Sowing Ground Cherry Seeds

Start ground cherry seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow 1/4" deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Full sun. Spacing 24".
