Hearts and Honey Vine 'Sunspots'

Ipomoea luteola is a wonderful species with trumpet-shaped, orange-red flowers that have yellow centers. The flowers are very small, but they begin blooming sooner than other morning glory species, and they continue in abundance all summer long. The attractive vines have dark green, heart-shaped leaves.

Ipomoea luteola is great for attracting hummingbirds. It is easy to train on a fence, trellis or post. It can even be grown in a hanging basket.

Commonly known as Hearts and Honey Vine 'Sunspots'. Latin names include Ipomoea luteola, Ipomoea hederifolia var. luteola and Ipomoea coccinea var. luteola.
