Poppy 'Imperial Pink'

'Imperial Pink' poppy has ragged, medium-pink petals with a lavender blotch at the center. The flowers have a graceful appearance as they bloom atop slender stems that wave in the breeze.

This lovely poppy makes a great filler in beds and borders. The soft colors go with nearly everything. We like the unusual shape of the petals.

Sowing Poppy Seeds

Sow poppy seeds outdoors in early spring on the soil surface. In zones 8-11, sow in fall. Mix the seeds with sand before sowing for good coverage. Can be started indoors 6 weeks before the last frost date.
