100 days, Cucurbita mixta

$3.00

30 seeds

Tennessee Sweet Potato squash is often referred to as "the tofu of squashes" because it doesn't have much flavor. It is best used as a filler in dishes like curry or spiced soups. Rather than being sweet, it tastes more like zucchini.

The greenish-white fruits weigh up to 12 pounds. They have a super-long storage life of 8 months! This species won't cross with your other squash.

American Heirloom, 1847.

Sowing Squash Seeds
