Micro Dwarf Tomato 'Red Robin'

Tomato 'Red Robin' is my favorite micro dwarf for productivity and flavor. The fruits appear in clusters, and they vary in size, with the largest fruits being the size of a cherry. The flavor is mild and pleasant.

You can get better production by hand-pollinating the flowers or jiggling them with your finger. When our plants get tired, we cut them back and repot them into slightly larger containers with fresh potting soil. They grow to 12 inches tall. This is an open-pollinated variety.

Sowing Micro Dwarf Tomato Seeds

Start seeds indoors any time of the year. Sow 1/8" deep. Grow in 1- to 2-gallon pots outdoors, in a sunny window, or under grow lights.
