'Calima' is a high quality French fillet bean with narrow, round pods. The tender beans have a very sweet flavor. Pick them at 7 to 8 inches long and no thicker than a pencil. This super-productive, open-pollinated variety is good for canning and freezing.
Bean 'Calima' is shown here with Tomato 'Mexico Midget'.
