Poppy 'Double Purple'

Double Purple poppy is a lovely variety with semi-double to fully double, soft purple flowers. It looks similar to our introduction Lavender Dress, but we don't think it's as nice - probably because it is commercially produced without the quality selection that we perform. Ours has better color and form because we pull up any plants that are not up to our high standards.

Sow poppy seeds outdoors in early spring, or fall in mild winter areas. Sow on the surface. Full sun.
