Zucchini 'Costata Romanesco'

55 days, Cucurbita pepo

30 seeds

Costata Romanesco is my all-time favorite zucchini. The lightly nutty flavor is superb, and the ribbed fruits are dense and firm, not mushy or watery like some varieties. The semi-vining plants are vigorous, although the production is moderate. This might be good news for people who tend to grow more zucchini than they can harvest.

Zucchini 'Costata Romanesco' is an Italian heirloom.

Sowing Zucchini Seeds
