Bean 'Gold Nectar'

Gold Nectar is a yellow wax bean with 9" long pods. The semi-flat pods are light greenish-yellow. It is quite productive, and the flavor is excellent.

We got our original seeds from Adaptive Seeds, who obtained their seeds from a seed swap in Belgium. This is a very rare variety. The plants are slow to dry their seeds, so our supply is limited. The long vines require a trellis.

Sowing Pole Bean Seeds

Sow pole bean seeds outdoors 2 weeks after the last frost date, 1” deep and 3” apart. Provide a trellis. Full sun.
